Exhibition of July 2014

From 25 June to 31 July in the S.P.A.S. gallery will take place an exhibition of paintings from the funds entitled "Fragile Eternity"

“Vita brevis, ars longa" - once said the great physician of antiquity, Hippocrates. Since ancient times, the meaning what he put in these words has changed. Now we say it when we want to emphasize eternal value of art, his long life in the centuries on the background of turbulent but transient historical events. Indeed, artworks outlive their creators and continue to bear their future lovers its unique message. Often, however, this message - stopped unique moment, fragile and fleeting as the life of a butterfly-lived, touching in its short-lived beauty. The paradox is that eternity consists of these fragile, elusive moments. But skill of an artist able to imprint them on canvas and to give ones to the viewer.

The July exhibition of the gallery - this is such a gift - a collection of beautiful, unique moments, stopped and imprinted by different, but certainly wonderful artists.
