From 1 August to 17 September in the gallery "S.P.A.S." an exhibition of paintings from its reserves under the title "Through thorns to the stars." These words that sound the Latin “Per aspera ad Astra” and traditionally attributed to the Roman stoic Seneca, the best fit for the exhibition, which takes place in August and September. And because in August and beginning of September- the time stargazing, the time to make a wish, as long as a star falls from the sky - and then it will certainly come true. And because the path to the stars, to the sublime and the light, that without doubt, is a fine art like painting, is through the thorns - for artists - to gain recognition from the public, for the audience - that, dropping the load of everyday life, find time to meeting with the art.
