Exhibition of August 2015

In August, the white night is over, their mysterious light had left the northern Venice, the days are getting shorter, the end of summer is near. Nothing can stop the inexorable passage of time, indifferent pace of changing seasons. Warm days are less, heart feels the poignant sadness of parting with careless time of picnics, vacations and flirting.

But the light, leaving the nature, rests in the art. Many centuries ago, humanity discovered the painting - the ability to capture fleeting moments, but not in dry language of photo, which appeared later, but capture in the perception of the artist's unique personality, in the style of the time, with the flavor of the epoch.

At the traditional summer painting exhibition from the funds of the gallery S.P.A.S. the viewer will meet with paintings of different directions and genres, but they all carry the secret of overcoming time, are beyond the laws of nature and resist the storms of life. The painting is an art that looks defiantly in the face of eternity and generously shared light of beauty that captures for a long time. Maybe, forever.
