Exhibition of December 2017

In early November 2017 in the Saint- Petersburg gallery "S.P.A.S." opens a new exhibition of two well known Petersburg artists - Alexey Kiryanov and Ekaterina Posetselskaya.

The exhibition is called "The constancy of solitary walks."This is the fourth joint project of artists, their previous exhibitions were one more interesting than the other!

Although these artists are very different, they are united by some sniveling, subtle, metaphysically complex, marvelous and Saint-Petersburg fragile atmosphere of well-invented and technically perfectly made painted stories. Either these are free, the finest in color, light and spirit, absolutely magical city landscapes by Ekaterina Posetselskaya, - of Saint-Petersburg or Paris, fascinating the soul with their seeming simplicity, lightness and depth. Or these are the works by Alexey Kiryanov, who has been painting for many years on anything, no one resembles the city stories, forever remembered because of his virtuosic form, color and unusual. And his characters, look like clowns, or sad bears, not at all look like kind children's teddy bears, are absolutely recognizable.

What will surprise us artists who are in constant search for this difficult and true art-path, will show the exhibition. One thing is clear - they are persistently trying, being true to their theme, to remain themselves.
